Let us introduce you to Kevin, Canal Boat Restaurant's dedicated chef with over 15 years in the hospitality industry. Hailing from the Mauritius Islands, he joined our team in 2022. Kevin prepares and serves all our dishes from the small galley (kitchen) space tucked away in the bow of our barge.
