We had the best time on the Canal Boat Restaurant! We booked it privately for a 3 hour trip for our friends Hen Party. 20 people joined us and we ordered canapes. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Honestly we were all talking about how lovely the crew were. They really went above & beyond to help us. They took photos, helped serve the wine we brought for hosting wine tasting (corkage was very reasonable), helped put up our decorations and made sure everyone was looked after (especially the bride to be). It also helped that it was a beautiful sunny day so we could spend time up on the deck. Thank you all so much for making it such a great experience!
Super awesome. The fish stew was amazing. What an awesome experience. Everyone on board was very nice and the food was hot but quick. Did I mention delicious? From appetizers to desserts. Definitely recommend!!
I highly recommend the Canal Boat Restaurant for a group outing or a special occasion. My daughter had her hen party here last Saturday and what a treat it was. Let me start by saying the boat itself is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean both inside and out. The staff were amazing. They were friendly, courteous, discreet and efficient and couldn't have been more helpful. The food was good quality, fresh and well prepared and presented. We had a great 3 hours. Well done to all of you concerned and keep up the good work.
Lovely experience food is of good quality and well done. But limited choice. Service is friendly and warm. It's expensive though but it's more of an experience than just a meal.
An unforgettable dinner cruise! We had an unforgettable birthday party experience from start to finish. We sailed through the Grand Canal and watched the crew manually open the locks. Nicole and the team on the canal boat restaurant were absolutely fantastic! We had such a fun time for my sister's hen party. The staff went above and beyond, created the perfect atmosphere for everyone and made us feel like VIPs! Loved it!

I recently had the pleasure of dining with a large group of colleagues in the Canal Boat Restaurant. From the very start of arranging the event, Jaya and Nicole were very helpful and efficient and this followed through on the night. On the night of our event, the food, the service and the atmosphere, were exceptional. Special thanks to Kevin the chef, who made sure the food was delectable and perfect for a group of our size. I will definitely be back.

No seasickness is possible on our canal trip due to the calm water and our 48-tonne barge’s smooth, slow cruise with silent electric motors.
As there are no tables outside, full meals are not recommended on the deck, but in good weather, customers may enjoy dessert outside. Drinks can be served on deck as desired.
No, the jetty is the only place where passengers can embark and disembark.
